Privacy Policy

Nuance · Last updated: 2026-06-03

Nuance ("the App") is built around a simple promise: your photos belong to you. This page explains exactly what happens — and what does not happen — when you use the App.

1. Data we do not collect

2. How your photos are used

All filter processing happens entirely on your device. When you import a photo from your library or capture one with the camera, the image is read into memory, processed locally with CSS / Canvas image filters, and saved back to your library only when you tap the shutter button.

The App never uploads your photos to a server.

3. Permissions we request

You can revoke any of these permissions at any time in iOS Settings → Nuance.

4. Children

The App is suitable for all ages and is not directed specifically at children under 13. Because we do not collect any personal data, there is nothing for us to delete or anonymize.

5. Changes to this policy

If we ever update this policy, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the revised policy.

6. Contact
